Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making it even more enjoyable. However, the price seemed a bit on the higher side.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the center of the old town, offering easy access to all the historic sights. However, the dark and somewhat depressing room with minimal natural light left much to be desired. The service, on the other hand, was consistently kind and accommodating.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room had a fabulous design with a stripy glass wall and a small sitting room offering a great view. It was well equipped and very clean, although a bit tight for four people. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff being not only charming but also going above and beyond to assist guests. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right at Maisonnave close to the City Hall, central and within walking distance to the vibrant spots of Pamplona. The dining experience was of a very good standard, but we chose to have breakfast at open cafes in the main square due to slightly high pricing at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay with just minor drawbacks in room size and dining cost.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were well equipped and very clean, ensuring a peaceful stay without any noise from the street. The service was superb, with a kind and amazingly helpful staff catering to every need. The location was extremely central, putting me within walking distance of all the interesting spots in Pamplona. Although the dining experience was excellent, we opted for the open cafes in the main square due to slightly high prices. Overall, it was a luxurious and convenient stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at the Maisonnave hotel! The location was superb, right in the historical area within walking distance to all the main sites, from Plaza de Toros to the Fort, making it an ideal place to explore Pamplona's heart. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. However, conducting business or using Skype could be challenging due to the setup. The dining experience was a bit overpriced, especially for peregrinos, but the hotel's amenities and friendly staff certainly made up for it.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, right in the center of Pamplona close to all the main sites. The rooms were very clean and perfect for having my dog with me, but the noise at night was a bit bothersome. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, especially Maria who helped us with a lost property negotiation. The dining experience was okay but could use some improvement. Overall, a great value for the money.
